Roz started her career as a columnist for CBC Radio’s Kelowna morning show ‘Daybreak’ at the age of 20.
In the years that followed Roz has produced her own television program (Off-Centre Television) for KVOS TV in Seattle, worked as a digital producer for CBC Radio’s The Debaters, taught digital journalism at Mohawk College and Wilfred Laurier University, worked for Toronto’s MARS Centre producing digital content and climbed Mount Kilimanjaro as a behind-the-scenes documentarian for Unicef. In 2010, she was hired as a digital producer for the Vancouver Olympics with CTV and as part of the digital team won a Gemini and Canadian New Media Award for her work.
As a founding partner of Double Barrel Studios, Roz gets the biggest thrill out of bringing the right people together to make a project pop. She remains passionate about bridging the well-crafted storytelling of broadcast television with the enhanced creative opportunities available online.
